Glo Minerals just came out with a NEW matte lipstick and crayon line. I wanted to try them firsthand and give you guys a peek at the colors!
Which one is your fave? I’m pretty much loving ALL of them. Seriously. A good Matte finish without the aftermath of chapped, dry lips is crazy hard to find! The lipstick in particular holds a lot of moisture while leaving no gloss or shine. The crayons go on almost like a lipstick- very smooth. But they double up as a pencil and lipstick for tracing, which I did in the bottom right photo, to make my lips look larger! Overall, I’m incredibly impressed and plan to stock up on a few more colors. PS Check out my Contour & Highlighting Video below to see TWO more colors!!

The almond color foundation ended up being a bit too light and pink for my skin tone. I think I should have blended the two for my base (the tahini has a golden undertone and is dark) and then contoured with something as dark at the truffle. If blended well, this much darker color would have giving me a deep, but natural contour line.
I highly recommend their foundation brush. I’ve tried similar ones that shed or feel bristly. This one is soft while still maintaining it’s broad, flat shape.
Everything else I tried was AMAZING! As I mentioned, I’m OBSESSED with their entire Matte line! What I wore here is from their main lipstick collection and I was impressed with the high pigment and moisture of each stick.
All products I used for the contour and highlight tutorial are list below.
Luxe Liquid Foundation (Colors used were Almond and Tahini)
Luxe Liquid Bright Concealers (includes all three colors)
Glo Minerals Lipstick (colors used were snapdragon and vixen)
